NO CANCELLATIONS. Be 100% sure before submitting the form. If you cancel, 50% of the item price will be charged. Downpayments are non-refundable. You’ll also be posted as a bogus buyer and banned from future purchases.Onhand items: Full payment is due on or before the DOP.Late payments: ₱50 per day (7-day grace period only). After that, order is canceled and buyer is marked bogus.Pre-ordered items:
Downpayment due within 24 hours. Balance due on DOP.
Late payment = ₱50/day. Order is canceled after 1 week.DOP Extension: Request must be made before your DOP, only once, with a max of 7-day extension.
Failure to pay on the new date = cancellation with no refund.Shipping after arrival:
Once item is onhand, you have 2 weeks to pay shipping fee.
After that: ₱50/day storage fee applies.After 1 month unclaimed & unresponsive = item will be disposed of with no refund.Pre-order ETA:
2-3 Weeks ETA due to production and overseas shipping
